Student Success Seminars: GT 2100

Student Success Seminar (GT 2100): GT 2100 one-credit hour seminar is for students on recovering their academic standing at Georgia Tech. GT 2100 provides an opportunity to reflect on past challenges to identify factors that impede academic performance and learn skills, strategies, and ways of thinking that will assist you in restoring academic standing and holistic student success. As space is limited, permits for GT 2100 are available only to newly readmitted students and students on academic probation. Your comeback starts here! I am a student on academic probation or a newly readmitted student interested in taking GT 2100. Which section is right for me?

As space is limited, permits for GT 2100 are available only to newly readmitted students and students on academic probation.

GT 2100-A GT 2100-B

Section A is offered only to readmission students. The grade mode is Satisfactory/Unsatsifactory (S/U).

In-person attendance is required.

Section B is offered only to students on academic probation. The grade mode is letter grade bearing.

In-person attendance is required.

GT 2100-C is offered S/U and a flexible learning option for readmission students only. Section C has limited availability and offered only to students who would benefit from a one-on-one learning environment due to special circumstances. Advisor approval is required, and only academic advisors may request a permit for Section C on behalf of their student advisee. Academic advisors requesting their readmission student be permitted to GT 2100-C should email Dr. Holcomb at aholcomb@gatech.edu. Determination of GT 2100-C permits will be made collaboratively by Dr. Holcomb and the student’s advisor.
